Data Center Security
SAS 70 Type II compliant for peace of mind
Bull’s Phoenix Data Center complies with SAS 70 Type II standards for physical security. It’s monitored 24/7 by video surveillance inside and out, and secured by a badge-coded card reader system. All visitors must wear a visitor’s badge issued by Data Center Management. No person external to the company may enter unless accompanied by a Bull staff member.
The Data Center also is monitored by a camera security system at each main entrance and in each adjacent hallway. Data Center Management controls Data Center access. Each section of the building allows security grouping for production, R&D engineering and office security separations. All client equipment is registered upon arrival and can only be removed by authorized personnel.
The general surveillance of the site is handled by a centralized building management system, based on a Honeywell system with 2,500 check points (power, air conditioning, intrusion, fire, etc.) and allows measuring the above.
System administration and Data Center monitoring is controlled and provided by our 24/7 Data Center on-site staff.
